On Damask Retreats, we will transform your body from the core with our creative and mindful approach to fitness. You will take a range of Pilates, Yoga, fitness, and fusion classes. All of our instructors understand anatomy and can modify any workout to suit your needs and ability.

Every movement is is focused and purposeful. You will see and feel your body change with every workout.


DAVY BISARO – Owner and Founder of Damask Studios

Your hostess, Davy, has extensive backgrounds in dance, performance art, and design, along with her Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training expertise and will make sure each class is dynamic, creative, and engaging. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and can modify any class to suit your needs and ability. Davy posses an energy that not only motivates you, but will lead you to calm your body and mind.

Hiding at the back of the room for yoga classes for close to a decade, I’ve moved up to the very front!  Recently receiving my YTT in Hatha Yoga via Damask Studio’s, specializing in Restorative Yoga and having a strong knowledge in Anatomy and Thai Massage, I’m excited to guide newcomers, yoga enthusiasts and even pro’s through a journey of pramayama (breath), meditation, mindfulness and of course asana’s (postures).  You might even catch me doing a headstand or trying to perfect my handstand every once in a while if you come to one of my classes

After several injuries, Debbie turned to Yoga & Pilates for rehabilitation after all else had failed & found that they offered what was needed to heal and strengthen her body and mind.  Gaining her ERYT-200 and then Advanced ERYT-500 signifies Debbie’s commitment to yoga. Debbie’s experience, light-hearted approach & clear instruction enable students of all levels to find ease & joy in their yoga.  Debbie also holds certifications in Pilates, Personal Training, & Thai Foot Massage.  Always continuing with her yoga as a student she loves taking classes from new teachers on a regular basis, seeking out new and seasoned teachers, as she feels learning is a life-long process and that you can learn from anyone at any time.
